Current US Steam price — September 14

The US Steam store shows $39.99 for WARDOGS and $49.99 for the Supporter Edition bundle, which includes the game and Supporter Pack. The standalone Supporter Pack is listed at $12.99 and requires the base game. A bundle and standalone DLC are different purchase options.

  • A Littlebird helicopter ‘Taxi’ camo.

  • A supporter scoreboard icon that can be hidden in settings.

  • Grenade and helmet bobbleheads.

Source status: Planned.

Early Access pricing policy

BULKHEAD says the game is planned to cost less during Early Access and may increase in price as more content, systems and polish are added. Its August video describes a stair-stepped US pricing target: $39.99 at the initial Early Access stage, $49.99 after relevant development milestones, and $59.99 for the intended version 1.0 package.

Only the current Steam checkout price should be treated as live. The $49.99 and $59.99 figures are stated development targets without published change dates, and regional prices can differ.

The official Supporter Pack page says there will be no further WARDOGS monetisation during Early Access beyond the optional Supporter Pack.

Source status: Confirmed.

Cash, Gold Bars and future monetisation

BULKHEAD’s current Early Access commitment is that in-game Cash and Gold Bars must be earned through play and that camos will not be sold directly. The optional Supporter Edition is the stated Early Access exception.

The studio does not promise that WARDOGS will never use any monetisation after version 1.0. Its video discusses long-term server, anti-cheat, telemetry and Vault operating costs, but no post-1.0 product, subscription or price has been confirmed.

Before you buy: why the official video matters

BULKHEAD’s own ‘10 Reasons NOT to Buy’ video is useful because it sets expectations that Early Access is not the finished version. The video emphasizes core gameplay, performance, balancing and metagame development over fast monthly content drops.

Before purchasing, compare what is available now with what remains planned. Steam checkout is the authority for your region’s current price.
